Kim Denson

Kim began her dance journey alongside competitive gymnastics, ultimately making dance her primary passion. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from Arizona State University, where she received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Dance Education, and later obtained teaching credentials from Chapman University. As an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader, Kim started teaching dance and coaching varsity pom-line, earning the KNIX Teacher of the Week Award. With over 12 years teaching in high schools, she’s instructed more than 220 students annually and choreographed for numerous musicals and over a hundred sold-out dance productions. Kim teaches a wide range of styles, and many of her students have gone on to perform and teach professionally.

Davis Berryhill

Davis, an Arizona native, began competitive dance at age 3 and performed with the professional company Automatic Response while in high school, where she also captained the dance and cheer teams at Greenway High. She continued her passion at the University of Arizona, performing with the Arizona Pomline at major sporting events and national competitions, and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Sports Marketing and Management. After college, Davis became an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader (2017–2021), earning Rookie of the Year, Performer of the Year, and serving as team captain, as well as being selected as the 2020 Pro Bowl Cheerleader. She now works as Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing for a video production company.

Victoria Jewell

Melsa Khodaei

Melsa Khodaei is an accomplished dance instructor and studio owner with over a decade of experience teaching social, ballroom, and Latin ballroom dance. Before joining Pinnacle Dance North, Melsa ran one of the first successful dance studios in Tehran, building a reputation for excellence and innovation in dance education. She is certified to teach all forms of partner dance, as well as Persian-Fusion, Persian-Folk, Belly Dance, and Zumba. Melsa also attended university for Physical Education, further strengthening her expertise in movement and teaching. She is thrilled to be both an owner and Co-Chair of Ballroom Dance at Pinnacle Dance North, where she is passionate about sharing her love of dance and inspiring students of all ages.

Phillip Morehouse

Phillip Morehouse brings a wealth of experience to Pinnacle Dance North, with an extensive background in musical theatre and an even more accomplished career in ballroom and Latin ballroom dance. As the Arthur Murray 2022 World-O-Rama Latin-American Ballroom Vice Champion, Phillip has competed and choreographed at the highest levels, including creating over 10 full-length dance-theatre productions. A passionate teacher and mentor, Phillip is over the moon to be an owner and Chair of Ballroom Dance at Pinnacle Dance North and is dedicated to inspiring students of all ages to discover their love of dance.
